Self Discovery ; Noun - The process of acquiring insight into one's own character.
How do we go about? There's plenty of practices on what to do. People see a therapist or they ask for advice from someone close who's trustworthy. If you're asking me my honest opinion on how you should go about these practices, asking yourself these 21 questions can definitely help. Grab your journal and a nearby pen, and let's refresh ourselves together.

I can sit here and answer these questions on my own to give example but this is something I would rather everyone else try first. It might not seem a lot but this kind of thought process is similar to a brain dump. You write down everything that is on your mind because again, viewing your thoughts can be easier to handle and organize.
Wishing you all the absolute best of luck in your self discovery!
